This page explains what personal data the Smart Sales Mentor team collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD). It applies to visitors of this landing page and to people who submit a demo request through the form below — it does not cover the in-product processing of customer call data, which is governed separately by the Data Processing Agreement signed with each customer.
The controller for personal data collected through this site is the team operating the Smart Sales Mentor product, based in Paris, France.

Through the demo request form, we collect: first name, last name, work email, company name, sales team size, and the optional message you write.
When you load any page, our hosting infrastructure records technical data needed to deliver and protect the site: your IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp. The IP address is used in-memory by a rate-limiter to prevent form abuse and is not persisted in a long-term database.
This site does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising cookies. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary for the site to function (none at the time of writing).
Demo request data is processed to contact you about your request, schedule a product demo and follow up commercially. Legal basis: your consent (RGPD Art. 6(1)(a)), captured via the checkbox on the form.
Technical logs and rate-limiting data are processed to keep the service available and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (RGPD Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure website.
The content of your demo request is delivered by email to the Smart Sales Mentor team via Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), which acts as a sub-processor for transactional email delivery.
The site itself is hosted on a virtual machine in Europe operated by the Smart Sales Mentor team. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Demo request data is kept for up to 24 months from the last commercial interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless a contract with you requires longer retention.
Technical access logs are kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then rotated.
Rate-limiter records are held in memory only and disappear when the server restarts or after the rolling time window elapses.
Email delivery via Resend may involve a transfer of your contact details to the United States. This transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. All other processing happens on infrastructure located in the European Union.
All data exchanged with this site transits over TLS (HTTPS) and is encrypted in transit. Demo request emails are stored in a mailbox accessible only to nominatively authorised members of the Smart Sales Mentor team. We do not store payment data, special-category data, or credentials on this site.
No processing carried out through this site involves automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the RGPD. Demo requests are reviewed and replied to manually by a person on the team.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@smartsalesmentor.com from the address you used in the form. We respond within one month, as required by the RGPD.
This site does not currently set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party fonts or scripts that would create a transfer to a non-EU server (web fonts are self-hosted). If we add measurement tools later, this section will be updated and a consent banner will be added in compliance with French CNIL guidelines.
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our processing or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes are notified to active prospects by email when reasonably possible.
For any question or to exercise your rights, write to contact@smartsalesmentor.com. We aim to reply within five business days and at the latest within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
